How soon will my embroidery order arrive?
Usually within 10-14 days.
Are there any setup fees?
Not usually, the only time setup fees would apply is if a logo that needs to be digitized is very complicated and we cannot digitize it in house and we have to send it out for digitizing.
How do I get my design to Triple Dog?
You can email artwork in JPG or GIF format to ayn@tripledog.com or simply call us at

What if I don't have a design?
No problem,
if your Church, Womens Group, Youth Group, School or other organization does not currently have a design or logo, we would be happy to work with you to design a professional looking logo that will suit your needs.
How much will it cost? (Are there any hidden fees)?
No there are no hidden fees. We will digitize your logo and set-up your WebStore for no cost to you. We believe it is all about relationships, and we want to be different from all the rest.

I have a large order is there special pricing?
Prices on larger lots of apparel can vary from time to time depending on the styles, colors and sizes you choose. We encourage you to give us a call to discuss your specific order.
Is there a minimum order that must be placed?
When orders are placed through your WebStore there are no minimum orders for your members.
If it is a one-time custom order, we request a minimum of six items.
What about shipping?
All our individual orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Large group orders are shipped UPS.
Do you have a catalog?
Because we carry such a variety of items for Embroidery it is almost impossible to put together and maintain an updated catalog .
